Open Access, Predatory Publishing, ORCID [Online]

Many graduate students and faculty wonder: how can you tell what’s a credible publication or conference? Is this a legitimate solicitation to publish my thesis or a scam? This 75-minute session will discuss the common myths and perceptions surrounding Open Access as well as predatory publishing, how to identify a legitimate publisher, and what resources are available to help researchers on-campus.
