In this tutorial, we'll show how to get started using the LaTeX typesetting environment using the browser-based editor overleaf. We'll introduce the basic mechanics of coding and compiling a document, and then display some of LaTeX's unique capacities in terms of math formatting, diagram drawing, and bibliography building. Please come with an overleaf account ready so you can access the template made for this tutorial.
