AI Tools for Research

Are you keeping up with artificial intelligence?

Content generation, textual analysis, and search discovery. These are just some of the ways that AI powered tools have changed the way we research topics. As these tools become more and more accessible, it is up to us as researchers to learn how we can develop healthy relationships with AI.

This workshop will dive into the current landscape of AI tools you can use in your research process. We will discuss how to ethically use tools like ResearchRabbit, Elicit, ChatGPT, Consensus, and more.

Participants will:

  • Discover the various technologies already in use

  • Examine how AI can be used in the research process

  • Develop strategies for working with AI tools

Note that this workshop will not discuss the mechanics of AI, but rather its implications on society.
