[MUSIC] Citing music materials and using Zotero

Designed for music users, this workshop will explain why academic integrity is important and demonstrate how to create bibliographies and citations for music materials in Chicago Style using Zotero, a free bibliographic management software. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

  • understand the meaning of academic integrity and plagiarism, and the importance of citing sources
  • articulate the elements required in citations of music materials in Chicago style
  • use the main functions of Zotero, including uploading articles to Zotero, creating libraries, and inserting citations/footnotes and creating bibliographies in a Word document
