Misinformation, disinformation, and bias are pervasive, affecting the way we perceive the world and make decisions. This workshop is designed to empower participants with the critical skills needed to navigate the complex web of information in the digital era.

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand the history of misinformation and disinformation

  • Identify journalistic and personal bias

  • Evaluate news, social media, and other information sources using the SIFT method

  • Consider your role in ethically sharing and spreading information
