This session offers an overview of the main legal research databases available to law students and practitioners. Participants will explore Westlaw (Next vs. Edge), LexisNexis, CanLII, HeinOnline, and VLex. We will examine the strengths and unique features of each platform and discuss why legal researchers need to be familiar with all of them to conduct comprehensive and effective research.
